Our Story
Conceived by Claudio Di Bartolo and developed in collaboration with industry professionals, siMangia? is the result of years of direct experience in the restaurant sector. We have experienced firsthand the daily challenges of managing a venue: constant phone reservations, poorly managed tables, no-shows and wasted covers.
From these experiences the siMangia? project was born: a complete management system that integrates dynamic tables with proprietary algorithms, a voice AI that answers the phone 24/7, and advanced analytics tools to maximize restaurant efficiency.
